ReagentŪ LS is a reagent for the single-step isolation of total RNA or simultaneous isolation of RNA, DNA and proteins from liquid samples such as cell suspensions, serum, CSF and amniotic fluid. 0.75 ml of TRI ReagentŪ LS processes 0.25 ml of liquid samples.
