TRI ReagentŪ RT liquid samples is a reagent for the single-step isolation of RNA from liquid samples. 0.75 ml of TRI ReagentŪ RT processes 0.25 ml of liquid samples. The isolated RNA is free of DNA contamination and ready for RT-PCR without the DNase treatment.
