TRI ReagentŪ RT is a reagent for the single-step isolation of RNA from tissues and cells. 1 ml of TRI ReagentŪ RT processes up to 50 mg tissue or 107 cells. The isolated RNA is free of DNA contamination and ready for RT-PCR without the DNase treatment.
